A. Build to 8 rep banded kb strict press

B.  3x10 ascending DB bench building to moderate.  Use three different weights 
Then
2 sets of
12 DB bench heavy
12 DB bench moderate
12 DB bench light.  (On second set this set is to failure)

C.  Tabata single DB bicep curl holding heads
