Wednesday, January 18th WOD

Do you have a friend or family member who has been wanting to get started with CrossFit but not sure how?  Have them join us for our next Beginner CrossFit Course starting February 6th!  During this month-long program athletes will become familiar with all movements and their correct techniques, preparing them for our main classes.  They will learn proper nutrition to fuel the body, mobility work to keep them injury free and how classes and workouts are structured while we start to build up their fitness levels in a fun and safe environment.  Register today as space is limited!
