Updates: New Classes Added & Next Beginner’s Course 10/17


CFBF Updates:

Starting Monday, September 26th we are adding NEW class times and classes!

Tuesdays & Thursdays – NEW 7am WOD

Thursdays at 9am & Saturdays at 8am – NEW Mobility Class

Mobility Class Description:

In this class we will do a 15-30 minute “WOD” which will work on breathing techniques and increasing full body range of motion. During the remainder of the class we will go over different stretching and techniques.  This class is NOT to be done post workout. This should be used as an active recovery day.
Next Beginner Course Starts Monday, October 17th!
