Whole30 Seminar is Monday night (1/5) at 6:30pm (no 6:30pm class)!!!  We will kick off our 30-day challenge on Wednesday, 1/7.  $20 buy in for members who want to participate.  If you can’t make the seminar, no worries, you can still do the challenge.  Just let us know and we’ll be sure to get you all that you need to be ready.  It’s a great way to kick off 2015!
