Strength – Deadlift 3 x 5

WOD – Partner Workout

Complete 5K row as a team.  While one member is rowing the other completes continuous Farmer’s Carry for 50′ laps.  Partner who is rowing can only row when the other partner is holding the Farmer’s Carry position. Partners can switch at any point and can break up the distances how they see fit.
