Reps must be divided evenly.

Each round each athlete must do 10 of each movement.


15 min AMRAP

20 T2B/knee raises

20 power snatches (80/55)

20 burpee facing bar

****burpees must be two foot take off two foot landing


15 min AMRAP

20 ab mat sit ups

20 power snatch (65/45)

20 bar facing burpees

****burpees may be step overs if the athlete chooses
