*The Powerlifting Total will be your benchmark for our upcoming 8-week strength cycle that kicks off on Monday, April 6th.  If you are unable to make it on Friday, you can do your Powerlifting Total during Open Gym on Saturday between 10am – 1pm.

Reminder – we will be closed on Sunday, 4/5 for Easter.
